SpaceRover Pro License Terms
Effective: July 16, 2026
1. Acceptance
By purchasing, activating, or using SpaceRover Pro, you agree to these terms. SpaceRover Pro is licensed, not sold, by Fu Wang, the operator of SpaceRover (the “Licensor”).
2. Perpetual 1.x license
A one-time purchase grants one natural person a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SpaceRover Pro 1.x, including all 1.x feature updates, security updates, and bug fixes. The license does not expire and requires no subscription. A future 2.0 or other major version is not included; you may continue using the last available 1.x version permanently.
3. User, platforms, and devices
One license is for one user and may be active on up to three devices at the same time, in any combination of Windows, macOS, and Linux. Dual-boot installations, virtual machines, and separately installed operating-system environments may each count as a device. Three devices does not mean three users; teams and shared use require one license per user.
4. Activation, deactivation, and replacement devices
An internet connection is required for initial activation. You can deactivate the current device in the app's license settings to free a slot. If an old device is lost, damaged, or inaccessible, contact support@spacerover.space with the purchase email and order details to request a reset. Dodo Payments provides the license-key and activation service.
5. Permitted use
A personal license may be used for personal purposes and by the licensed individual in their own work. You may not share, resell, rent, or publicly disclose a license key; bypass activation limits; or reverse engineer the software where prohibited by law. Automated mass deployment, shared workstations, or service-provider use may require separate written permission.
6. Updates and services
The Licensor intends to maintain SpaceRover 1.x but does not promise any particular feature, release schedule, or indefinite online service. Features may change for security, platform compatibility, or legal reasons. If license validation is unavailable, activated licenses are handled according to the app's offline-license behavior.
7. Refunds and termination
Purchases are subject to the SpaceRover Refund Policy. A refunded license is revoked. The Licensor may terminate a license for a material breach of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Disclaimer and liability
SpaceRover is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Review cleanup candidates and maintain reliable backups before deleting files. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for legal, security, or product changes. A material change will not retroactively reduce a purchased perpetual right to use SpaceRover Pro 1.x. For license questions, contact support@spacerover.space.
